Weighed myself first thing in the morning before breakfast – 70.7 kg (vs 70.6 kg – 71.3 kg  days before)

Made bed

Breakfast with family (wife and daughter)

Telemedicine (SMS and FB)

Small stuffs at bathroom (full soap utilization, etc.)

BP after breakfast – 150-140 / 90

[Thinking – distracted by a lot of things outside my daily schedule of activities – have to control – put priority on a project a day – example: main project for the day: fill-up UPMAS nomination form]

Distracted by Viber message to me by my wife when I talked about gardening as a hobby – she sent me a link on gardening .  Downloaded this and will read in another time:

BREAK FROM COMPUTERING – RESET and REFOCUS – break after one hour – monitor time – to strictly follow today

Done – 1020H – drank water (750 ml), 100 reps freestyle exercise)

[will not waste my time on reading too many newsfeeds – maximum of 10 only in Timeline 1 and Timeline 2.  Also, will not read election posts anymore.]

Starting May 13, 2019 (Election Day) – [RESET / REFOCUS]

19may13 (Monday – Election Day)

  • Weighed myself – 71.3 kg (average for last week morning weights – 70.9 kg – still within normal limit – still hoping to target average of 69 kg)
  • Opened Facebook (1 hour only)
  • Ate breakfast with wife
  • Took amylodipine 5mg (have to control my BP – yesterday evening- 140 / 90)
  • Noted water and electric bills (P200+ for water and P8K for electricity) [Resolve to bring down the bills in the next two months – use recycled water for watering plants, water plants only once a day – evening; less use of air-condition]
  • Washed used dishes (last night and this morning)
  • Watered my bamboo trees and talbos ng kamote and other plants
  • Took pictures of my bamboos (sprouting small branches, fast growing, and different behaviors just like human beings, etc.)
  • Collected and refilled water (usually no water from 5 pm and 5 am) [notice water was unusually strong or with higher pressure than before)
  • Gave trash to garbage collector  
  • Brushed teeth
  • Took a shower to refresh myself before blogging

Feeling productive up to the moment, 0919H – Happy Monday!


 

Resolutions:

  • [Resolve to bring down the bills in the next two months – use recycled water for watering plants, water plants only once a day – evening; less use of air-condition]
  • Monitor weights after eating (71.8 vs 71.3 after breakfast)
  • Drink 12 glasses of water per day (at least 2 during breakfast – 2 during lunch – 2 during dinner – 2 at mid-morning – 2 at mid-afternoon – 2 at 10 pm)

 


BP – 0930H – 160-150 / 100-90 after taking Amlodipine 5 mg at about 0830H

Will monitor for today.

May take another tablet of Amlodpine in the evening
