Doing some additional resistance exercises aside from my usual flexing and stretching exercises started April 23, 2019.
NEW DAILY EXERCISE REGIMEN
Started in April 23, 2019
=Walking exercise – 5 km – together with rosary prayer and listening to music – usually RJ Jacinto station – when in the village – for about 90 to 100 minutes (2 km walk listening to music and 3 km walk reciting the rosary)
=Stretching and Flexing Exercises and Resistance Exercises – about 30 minutes
Consuming now a total of 120 to 130 minutes of daily exercises per day.
