(ROJ-BCAW) October is Breast Cancer Consciousness Month – Have You Palpated Your Breasts this Month? – 12oct6

October is Breast Cancer Consciousness Month.  Have you palpated your breasts this month to look for a dominant mass?

Look for a dominant mass.

If there is NO dominant mass, chances are, your breasts are in optimal health. Congratulations!

If there is a dominant mass, chances are you have discovered a red flag early enough. Congratulations! Make sure to consult a breast specialist as soon as possible though!

Please support the breast cancer consciousness month by palpating your breasts and by encouraging and reminding your female relatives and friends to do the same!

Help reduce the incidence of late detection of breast cancer in the Philippines by doing a breast self-examination, which is simple and costs nothing!
