Lifespan Calculator – Try and Get Something Out of It!
Watch your age go up and down as you answer the questions.
Now this is interesting, give it a try…. How long will you live?
This is a calculator that estimates your life expectancy.
It was developed by Northwestern Mutual Life.
It’s interesting that there are only 13 questions.
And they try to predict how long you’re likely to live.
I tried it. Thanks to Rex, who shared it to me.
The first estimate that came out for my true current state is 68.
My target is 70 years old, 2 years short.
So, I manipulated exercise, stress, diet and buckle up to the optimum. The highest that I can get was 77 years old.
I will keep these estimates in mind and the factors that determine them. I will manipulate the factors so that I can reach my target of at least 70.
The factors used in the calculator which I can accept as strong determinants of my lifespan are the following:
1. Family history of cardiovascular problems [cannot do anything about this]
2. Body mass index (normal, overweight, obese) [have to improve]
3. Stress [have to improve]
4. Diet [have to improve]
5. Exercise [have to improve]
6. Smoking [PASSED]
7. Drinking [PASSED]
8. Drugs [PASSED]
